Star Wars 30th Anniversary Warren Fu Concept General Grievous

Warren Fu's concept artwork has been accurately reproduced by Hasbro in this new, exclusive figure.

Warren Fu worked as a visual effects art director at Industrial Light Magic and was part of the concept art team for Episode III. He has contributed his artistic vision to all three movies of the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy. One of his most notable contributions was the initial design for General Grievous, along with later input from fellow Episode III concept artist Iain McCaig, concept sculpture Robert Barnes and concept design supervisor Ryan Church.

In concept artist Warren Fu's artwork of General Grievous, the droid commander has a more humanoid-looking form that the more robotic one that becomes his ultimate design. His cold calculating efficiency is still clearly captured in the smooth metal casing and skull-like head.
