ORDERING
You will need to register with Saga Central before you can place an order. If you have already done so, then you will be prompted to login during the checkout process.
Simply browse the website and click on 'BUY NOW' to add items to your cart. Once you have finished selecting the items you wish to order, click on 'Check Out' to finalise your order.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order. Your order will then be put through for processing. You will receive an email when payment has been processed and the order has been shipped.

If you would like to add to, subtract from or cancel your order, you must do so shortly after receiving your confirmation of order email. We ask you to do this simply because we process orders reasonably quickly and if you need to change or cancel your order, we will be unable to do so once your order has been prepared for shipping and the payment processed.
If you have placed a PRE-ORDER, you can cancel this within 14 days of placing the order. Please read our section on Pre-Order information.
How does PRE-ORDERING work?
A Pre-Order is a term given to items that are not currently In-Stock but is expected to be released from the manufacturer by an estimated date.
On the Saga Central website there are items that you can Buy Now but are marked with Pre-Order. An estimated time of arrival (ETA) is indicated next to it.
Simply add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed we will assign stock for that item to you. We do not charge your credit card until that item is in stock.
For some items there is a 20% deposit required at time of order, with the balance being charged when the products are ready for shipping to you.
The 20% deposit usually applies to more expensive items. If a deposit is required for an item, this will be indicated above the product price.
Please note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable after 14 days from when you have placed the order.
Do you sell to international customers?
We welcome customers from overseas. The World Wide Web enables one to actively take part in a truly world wide shopping experience and Saga Central warmly welcomes our international visitors and customers to the site.
For the time being, we ask our international customers to contact us via email once you have placed an order online indicating which type of international shipping you wish to purchase, so that we may provide you with the price applicable to international customers (which is the product price excluding the Goods and Services Tax applicable for purchases within Australia) and a quotation for the international shipping costs, associated with your order.

Who is responsible for Duties, Taxes, Tarrifs and Prohibited Goods?
Saga Central advises our International customers that they may be liable for additional charges above and beyond shipping. For this reason we strongly encourage that prior to placing an order, all of our International customers make themselves aware of any import or customs fees that may be applicable for the goods entering their respective country. This may include, but not be limited to, duties, taxes and tariffs. Saga Central is not responsible for any such fees and is further unable to determine which shipments will be charge any such fees or the fee amount that might be charged.
All of our products adhere to Australian safety laws and legal requirements. However, it is the responsibility of the individual prior to purchasing from Saga Central, to ensure that they are not in breech of any laws or regulations enforceable in your State/Territory or Country.
Saga Central does not accept any responsibility for any additional charges incurred by international orders or for any loss or damages incurred by customers if orders are seized by customs in your respective State or Country. Saga Central will not be able to offer any refund, exchange or reimbursement of such orders.

What condition do you ship your goods in?
Please note that Saga Central does not claim nor guarantee that carded action figures are in Mint condition (e.g. collectors standard of C-10 condition). We ship products as they arrive direct from the manufactuer and as we do not receive specifically graded merchandise we in turn do not claim to sell such merchanise.
Graded products can be soursed out if specifically requested for by collectors/customers and would be priced accordingly.
PAYMENTS
Saga Central is an Australian website, and accordinlgy all prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.
What security do you have in place?
Saga Central uses 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is the standard of security on the Internet. This allows you to communicate with our server via a secure, encrypted link. This preserves the data's integrity and confidentiality. The personal information you enter including credit card number is encrypted so it cannot be read when it is transmitted from your computer to our shop over the Internet.
What payment methods do you accept?
Saga Central accepts the following methods of payment:
- Visa and MasterCard through our secure server.
Alternative payment methods include:
- Personal, Company or Bank Cheque
- Money Order
- Saga Central gift certificates
Cheques and Money Orders must be in Australian currency (Australian Dollars AUD) and made payable to 'Saga Central'.
Orders paid by cheque will not be shipped until cheques are received and funds have cleared the bank.
Items to be paid by cheque will be held for 7 business days from the date order is placed while awaiting the arrival of the cheque and subsequent clearance of the funds from the bank prior to dispatch. If no payment is received within the above mentioned timeframe the item may be taken off hold and made available for resale, therefore canceling your order.
When will my credit card be processed?
Your credit card will be processed when your order is ready to ship.
In the case of Pre-Orders requiring a 20% Deposit, we will charge the 20% to secure your Pre-Order, and the balance will not be charged until the items become available to ship to you. If your order is made up of In-Stock and Pre-Order items, you will only be charged for the items that are In-Stock, when they are ready to be shipped to you. The items on Pre-Order will not be charged to your Credit Card until the products are In-Stock or if a 20% deposit is required with the balance being charged prior to shipment.
SHIPPING
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight or your order.
All domestic orders are either mailed Registered Post through Australia Post or couriered to the delivery address you have specified while making your purchase.
Since Registered Post has numerous advantages over regular post, it is Saga Central's preferred parcel delivery service. These benefits include:
- each parcel that leaves our warehouse contains a unique identification number which allows the particular parcel to be tracked if necessary.
- parcels can only be released from Australia Post once the intended recipient has signed for it.
- includes insurance/compensation to the value of your order.
Please note that bulky and/or heavy orders (weight greater than 20kg and/or measurement around the parcel greater than 140cm) need to be delivered by courier and have to be delivered to a street address (i.e. no Post Office Boxes).
All orders that leave Saga Central's Warehouse are insured, so you your order is covered in transit.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The approximate delivery times for orders depend on the particular postcode you have specified for order delivery. Delivery timeframes take into consideration whether your order is being shipped to a metropolitan or rural area and are reflected in the variations within States/Territories.

RETURNS
We gladly offer you the opportunity to choose between an exchange or refund if you notify us within 30 days from date of delivery (Registered Post Receipted Delivery date or courier delivery date), if:
- goods themselves are damaged
- goods are faulty/do not work
- incorrect goods are shipped

If the product is faulty and more than 30 days have passed since the items delivery date, Saga Central will need to present a claim to the relevant manufactuer and await a resolution.
